Day 2 – Getting Tougher to Stay Away From Calories! |

Anytime that I do a quick cut, I find the toughest part to be right at the beginning. The body is trying to adjust from the average 2000 calories a day I feed it, to a dismal 700. After the first 3 day cycle, things get better. Day 4 will see a huge increase in calories and then day 5 on, it all starts to feel a little more “normal”.

I’ve been trying to lose weight for several weeks. Pills, diets, programs… nothing worked well! At the end I awakened to the fact that I needed to change my ways of eating and work out. I’m losing a pound every week by eating 400 calories less than I burn on a daily basis
That's one of the most important things to understand. Calories in must be less than calories expended. Great job!
